I can’t remember the last time I went a week without witnessing at-least one incident involving an out-of-control homeless person (in the middle of traffic, yelling at a wall, throwing trash around, etc.) and people have been conditioned to seemingly ignore this stuff. Most just drive around, walk on another sidewalk, etc. but while we do that, the problem is actively getting worse.
